Our chefs gently fry 100% grass fed Beef Ox liver sourced from UK slow grown, native breed cattle. The liver is blended with caramelised onions & a velvety sauce made from Venetian Prosecco, a splash of balsamic vinegar & a touch of butter for smoothness.
